Upload your Instagram ZIP export and find out who you follow but doesn't follow you back. Nothing is stored.
How to export your data
- 1 Go to Instagram Accounts Center and click Create export
- 2 Select the desired Instagram account
- 3 Choose Export to device
- 4 Select All time as the date range
- 5 Set the format to JSON
- 6 Under Customize information, uncheck everything and select only Followers and following
- 7 Wait for the confirmation e-mail, return to the page and click Download
